Auto ticked check boxes on bulk email
I have a search generated for a bulk email mass update. When the search opens all the results are auto ticked which means the user then needs to go through and untick them all manually to select the ones they need at that time. It's really inefficient. Is there any way to turn that off so that when the page loads nothing is ticked?
I have had the same question about items on the item receipt all being auto ticked resulting in lots of errors of people receipting lines they shouldn't.
I appreciate any help.
