Metavante Down

Just to let people know:

- Metavante's site is down, according to NetSuite
- this means no online bill payments can be approved until it is fixed
- it ALSO means that you can't edit a vendor with "Enable Online Billpay" checked (I figured it out - the CSR I talked to at NetSuite had no clue and wanted to file a separate case without mentioning the possible link to Metavante - go figure).  You will get an unexpected error when you save an online bill pay enabled vendor.
