Moving forward with Online Bill Pay and Metavante

Our company is just looking into using the Online Bill Pay feature. From the user group it does look like there are some issues with it, but I would like to get some feedback to see if the pros out way the cons.

Is it worth it, or does it cause more headaches than it's worth?
