SecPay UK payment processing not working
Hi,
Since the upgrade to V2007 our SecPay UK creditcard payment processing has not been working. Whenever a payment is attempted we get an error that the card processor did not respond (see below for actual wording). We have updated all usernames and passwords for the service both in NetSuite and on the SecPay website but to no avail. Prior to the upgrade the service was working as expected.
Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue and does anyone know of a solution as we are presently having to manually process payments through the SecPay website.
