Is Anyone Using PayPal as their Acquirer / Merchant Bank?

We obviously use Payflow Pro to process transactions in Netsuite.  Up until now, we've been using Fifth Third Bank as our Acquirer / Merchant Bank.  I've been approached by other banks, as well as Verisign (PayPal) about moving our account to them.

Does anyone have any first hand experience about using PayPal as the Acquirer / Merchant Bank?  Aside from discount rates and transaction fees, is there any reason I should not consider PayPal?  Any Advantages to using them?  Thanks for the input!
