Error Codes

Does NetSuite pass on credit card error codes to customers?

For instance, if a customer's billing information does not match the credit card, does NetSuite state some like this: "Your billing information does not match your credit card, please review and renter" or if the customer's credit card cannot very the ID number: "The ID number cannot be verified.  Please review and renter the correct ID number".  It is very imperative that customers know exactly why their orders are not going through so that they can correct the issue immediately and checkout properly.  Just stating an error is "checkout suicide"!  You will loose customers that way.
