Credit Card Processing

We need some help with credit card processing in NetSuite. We just started using NetSuite a month ago and are planning on going live with a new ecommerce site in the next couple of weeks.

Because of a variety of factors (fraud being one of them), we manually confirm each order. With NetSuite, that manual process has slowed down our order processing. It doesn't help that NetSuite (with PayPal) sends a pre-authorization to the customer's bank for the full amount of the purchase, instead of a $1 authorization where we can fix the issues and re-authorize without maxing out the customer's credit line or raising flags at the bank.
