Customer entered orders not authorizing.
Okay - so I have a customer thats reported this about 6months ago with support to no avail right now. I decided to try this in our corporate account at skyytek and was surprised at the results. I will post the case number once I get it.
If you have a customer enter a sales order (any sales order) and enter their credit card details (all via the customer center) - the sales order goes in okay but does not authorize at all - as in - no authorization codes.
If they do it via a web store than you get auth codes.
