Customer Payment Plan

Payment Plans

I’m fairly new to NetSuite and not sure how to do payment plans.
I want to offer customers a 2-payment plan where I ship upon receipt of 1st payment.  This plan is not to be available under e-commerce. However, I do want to accept credit cards for payments.  Payments would be 30 days apart.

Can I do this by first creating a SO then do a Customer Deposit using a CCard payment method?

How can I do a fulfillment and shipment without doing a billing first?
How can I track these sales to perform the second billing?
