CVV2/CSC problem

We have a new merchant account that requires CVV2 codes (not linked to Netsuite).  Our website collects the CVV2 codes but they're obviously not visible to me from the sales order (where we obtain credit card information to process the credit card).  Anyone have any ideas how we can continue to take internet orders AND have the CVV2 code to enter on the backend and get approval for payment?

Any help would be appreciated - this seems to be quite a conundrum - we have the information but we can't get to the information.
