Higher number of Credit Cards "Not Authorised" today?

Anyone else noticed a higher percentage of Not Authorised credit card transactions today?

We're using SecPay as the Payment Gateway, and they are unable to shed any light on a possible reason.

Many of our failures are good long standing customers, who all assure us that their cards are fine.

Concerned that the data being sent out from Netsuite to SecPay may be missing something important causing the payment to fail intermittently.

"Not Authorised" seems to be used as a generic statement for any fail reason!
