Unable to claim Paypal Express payment for webstore purchase.
Hi, there's been a lot of discussion about Paypal Express, but I haven't been able to find a solution to our problem. We have a couple of web orders from international customers (UK and DE) and they paid using Paypal Express. However, we haven't been able to get the funds from Paypal. We fulfilled and billed to Sales Order, but payment is stuck on pending. In the Sales Order payment tab, there's a Paypal Tran. ID and an Authorization ID, and of course Paypal also has the payment (marked is Pending, of course).
Is there some step we're missing?
