Other payment methods in Customer Centre?

Hi,

We have provided different credit terms for customers and also customers can pay by direct debit or Money order.
In the customer centre, there is only one form of payment when a new sales order is createdi.e Credit card. Can the payment method be something other than credit card?

If so, can someone create a Sales order and pay later?
