Google Checkout Incomplete Orders
We recently implemented Google Checkout about 3 weeks ago. We are seeing a bunch of lead records created without an email address or any info. This is happening about 8 times more often than successful Google Checkout orders. NS Support indicated this occurs "when a shopper did not complete the sales order process from Google Checkout."
Are others finding an elevated ratio of incomplete to succesful orders for Google Checkout? Our normal rate of abandoned checkouts is less than 20%.
