Monthly Membership Payment processing

I am looking at investing in the Advanced Billing Module and have hundreds of customers that will be paying monthly membership fees using a credit card we keep on file in Netsuite.  I would like to be able to process their payments all at once without having to accept each individuals payment.  Noone at Netsuite can show me that this can be done.  Does anyone out there no how this can be accomplished using Netsuite. I have my merchant account and gateway processor through PayFlow pro and this integrates with Netsuite. 

I don't think I am asking to much.  If a billling module is set up to accept monthly membership payments you would think you could process the payments all at the same time.  Any help would be appreciated.
