Paypal Issue

We have run into an issue with a customer paying with PayPal that I haven't seen addressed previously - customer placed order and paid with PayPal - in NetSuite it shows as Pending PayPal Authorization but the payment doesn't show in our PayPal account. 

Any help would be much appreciated!
