Online BillPay does NOT work under OneWorld

Just to save anyone else time...  I have been trying to set up online billpay for a US subsidiary in our OneWorld account.  After two months and two defect cases being created by NetSuite, they finally came back to me and said that Online Bill Pay is not supported under OneWorld. 

Both common sense as well as the Setup - Accounting - Online Bill Pay menu option in our account led me to believe that this was possible under OneWorld, but alas, not for now.

Enhancement 172051:  Online Billpay to support OneWorld

... in case anyone is interested in an "enhancement" to allow online billpay to work under OneWorld.
