Credit Card Swiper/Reader

We are a wholesaler and have an upcoming show where we will be selling our products to retail customers.

In the past we have taken laptops and had to manually enter the info into NS to get a receipt.  This was time consuming so we made an order form, which was better with the booth and customers, but still not effective since often times there was incomplete data or invalid credit card info and again manual entry into NS.

Is there a magnetic credit card reader that works with NS for one time transactions?  Are there any other solutions to steamline the process so sales reps can spend their time during events on customers and prospects instead of data entry in NS?
