Error while doing payment processing

Hi,
I dont know whether any one is exprencing the same problem.We tried to process an order through netsuite and after adding the items and the payment details, when we click save its throwing up error "An Unxpected error occured Please click here to report the problem".Is anyone exprencing the same problem or is it just us.
