Bank Deposit Multiple Sites

I have a need to have multiple locations make deposits for their store location.  I am having them apply the payments to undeposited funds and at the end of the day Corporate will make/match the deposits in Netsuite (store locations do not have access to Netsuite - we are using a 3rd party POS).

My issue is when Corporate accounting makes the daily deposits we do not have any way of identifying what store the payment came from so am not able easily match the deposit for the day.

Does anyone have a way to 'identify' the where the deposit came from so we can easily 'make deposits' each day?
