PayPal PayPro Flow Errors on 12/8
Not sure if this is just our account or a PayPal wide situation. I'm just passing this on; not looking for support from NetSuite.
On Wednesday night (12/8) / Thursday morning (12/9), we had TERRIBLE credit card issues with PayPal PayPro Flow
1) Orders were coming in with no credit card information other than the credit card type. We figured this out on Thursday before anything was shipped.
2) Orders we billed had Cash Sales created where NetSuite said we had the money and we did not. I figured this out today when I reconciled PayPal, luckily the credit card information was on the sales order and all I had to do was rebill.
