Adjustments to Foreign Exchange Transactions

Hello everyone,
  I created and paid a bill with a certain foreign currency exchange rate and applied the funds against a customer deposit but when the final payment terms arrived, the rate had changed.  How do I adjust the bill,the bill payment and the customer application without deleting and doing the whole transaction over.
