Bill Payment in Different Currency

I have currently this situation where my supplier invoice is in USD, however, I would pay in my local currency of SGD, as the bank provides the exchange rate. This rate, would however be different from the exchange rate in the system, which follows the corporate rate.

As the bill payment doesnt allow me to pay in a different currency, I am hence unable to enter the info correctly into NS.

Please advise.
