Payment File Templates

I am having an issue with my payment processing file for CPA-005 (the Canadian file). The format that NetSuite exports is not accepted by my bank. After tech support calls with my bank they said that the 3rd row (and each row with a payment in it) needs to go out to 1410 characters, but the template only goes out to 264 characters. I am not sure how to edit the file to fix it. I can't even add that many characters in notepad, but the bank assured me that NS should be able to. Does anyone have any knowledge
