Default bank account changes at cash receipt
Does anyone have this problem?
We have changed banks. I went into Netsuite and changed my default bank account to our new bank.
However, everytime we go to apply cash, the new bank account number comes up on the screen - but when we select the payment type (i.e. check, ACH, etc) - it changes the bank account back to our old bank account number.
I cannot find in the system where I still have the old bank account number setup.
