Metavante Unavailable?

Hi Everyone,
When using the online bill pay feature, is anyone else getting the message "Metavante is temporarily unavailable.  Please try again later."??

It started after the upgrade to 2013.3 on Friday night.

Do you know if this is a NetSuite or Metavante issue?
