Electronic bank payments - CashPro formats

Has anyone tried to use or create a file format for international wire transfers in the electronic payments module? i saw that only jp morgan and barclays have supported formats. With bank of america, they mentioned that they accept a csv for international wires but i'm not sure where to start and they didn't have suggestions other than a CSV with headers, footers and payment details.
