"has keywords" search is broken
We have lots of items and some can be difficult to find. In version 10 I had trained our users to use the "%" wildcard in item searches. So when the "has keywords" feature came with version 11 I was initially estatic. It seemed to work great. But soon we discovered that some items that clearly contained specified key words were failing to show up. I reported the problem to support, but support couldn't reproduce the problem in their test account. So I demonstrated the problem in the context of our account via web-ex.
