CyberSource Hold on payment and Sales Orders not linking to Quotes they came from
Good Afternoon
Since the 9/23 upgrade we have been having a problem and I wanted to query the user group to see if anyone else has noticed the same issue.
Normally, when a Quote is flipped to a Sales Order, the two transactions are linked.
The Sales Order has a "Created From" field that contains the Quote number and the Quote, has the resulting Sales Order under the History tab -> Orders and Sales.
Since 9/23 we have noticed that some of our Sales Orders are not linking to the Quotes that they were created from. The Sales Orders that are not linking are ones that were credit card transactions that got caught up in our CyberSource Decision Manager and put on Hold and flagged for a manual review.
