Internet Explorer Pop-Up Message

When trying to print sales orders, invoices, & purchase orders we are still getting the IE pop-up that reads "This message contains both secure and nonsecure items.  Do you want to display the nonsecure item?"  There was a thread on the old user group that suggested adding NetSuite to the list of trusted sites in IE and enabling the "display mixed content".  We have tried that, and are still getting this irritiating pop-up.

Are there any other suggestions?  Is this an issue with V11 also?
