Auto-charge credit card SuiteApp

Has anyone installed the Auto-charge Credit Card SuiteApp?  What has been your experience been with it?  We are a small non-profit running an orphanage in India.  We are looking to automate the monthly donations our patrons wish to make via credit card and this looked like a good solution.

Just wondering how this has worked for others...
