smbXML queues broken again?

Well it's Monday morning and the smbXML queues aren't processing again.  We have 2 small smbXML files that have been sitting in the queue for over an hour now.  I've been trying to reach support to verify the problem, but so far, 20 minutes of hold music and no human.  Is anybody else able to process smbXML yet this morning?
