Can't change price in SO to Custom Price

In v11 I try to change a item's price (in a sales order) and NS switches it back to the item's base price as soon as I click on "DONE".  Yes, I pull the "price level" selection to "custom price".

I need this feature fixed to do some urgent business TODAY.

Any ideas?
