Reminders aren't recognizing drop-shipment status

The reminders today said 30 items to order.  That was unusual because our items to order are usually around zero or 1 or 2 at the most.  From what I can tell it is telling us to order every item in every unapproved order.  95% of our web store items are inventory items with the "drop ship" button selected.  Why did it go crazy on the number of items is is telling us to order?
