Right there is 7+ hours in two days with my ear against the phone. No problems that we caused (yet). I show them it is broke (with webex) and they say "yea, it's broke". Why can't I give access to copy the site and be off to the next issue? No, we are talking 2 hours per issue (with no issue resolution). Add to that all of the time spent off of the phone trying to come up with work-surrounds for these bugs (some of which are crippling us) and you have a company that is basically shut down. Add
