Related Items List Not 'Sticking'

Since V11, the order in which we list the Related Items in our Online items does not 'stick'.  They seem to be listing alphbetically, and nothing we do to override that works.

In our item record, the last item in the Related Items list is listed FIRST, but it shows up LAST in the web store.
