Credit Card Number Not displayed in 11.0

We have a custom center based on Accounting.  On Friday the users with that role could see the full CC # on a Customer>Financial record.  Now they only see the last 4 digits.  They are able to edit and add numbers, they just can't see the current one.

I can see the full # in the Administrator role. 

I'm not sure why this changed with 11.0, but can anyone help me fix this?  I'm not sure if it's a bug, or if I can just edit a permission to give the access back to them.
