Reports of Hosted Page Links Redirecting to Home Page

This week (since version 11) we have had a couple of reports from customers using IE on XP where they have clicked a link on a hosted page and it redirected to our home page ... we have not been able to reproduce this at all and we are at a total loss for ideas that would cause such behavior. 

We are talking about very straight forward href links that should bring our customers to other hosted pages, but for the customers who had a problem, they were brought to the home page instead of the appropriate hosted page.

It could very well be user error here, but where we had a couple of calls on this, I thought I'd throw it out to the group to see if others might be hearing the same.
