Wrong Fiscal Year in reports

Any report that contains the quarter field shows a fiscal year that is in the future.  For example our fiscal year starts in March, which is the 2006 fiscal year.  However the system, Version 11, shows it as 2007. 

This is killing our reporting because all of our pipeline reports look as if it is for 2007-2008 time frame and not the current periods.
