I'm getting the following error message when processing American Express credit cards thorugh Netsuite:

Unfortunately the credit card charge transaction failed.
Company: QA-Bio, LLC
Amount: 765.00
Reason: Improperly configured account login ID or password. Contact support@netsuite.com.

We recently requested a change to which bank acount our American Express (and merchant services) make deposits. Perhaps this is part of the problem.
This problem just began this week. Visa and Mastercard charges work fine.
