Outlook Integration XML error
We're about to start using Netsuite v11 and have hit a big problem with the Outlook integration client. When I select "Save in Netsuite" and then search for an email/username etc I get a error box saying "Invalid Operation: response is not well-formed XML"...
I'm wandering if anyone has encountered anything similar and if there is a remedy?
It's quite important that this is solved before going live next week as large amounts of data will need processing straight away...
Most computers in the company will be running Outlook v11.6 SP1. It has been tried on another version of Outlook but the same error message.
