Web Store Order Issues

Is anyone having an issue with Web Store Orders not pulling the Sales Rep directly from the Customer Record?  This feature worked prior to version 11 so not sure if it is related to the new Sales Team function or not.  The Sales Rep is still on the Customer Record.

While we are on this subject, any thoughts on how to get other customer information (class, partner, etc.) to pull into web store orders automatically?
