Rude tech support, appointments not kept, I must have issues
I have an appointment for a tech support person to call me back to look at a bug in the software. It is an HOUR past the appointment time. I am not taking calls - just sitting here waiting.
Yesterday the tech support rep made me feel like an idiot because webx wouldn't work on my intel mac. He said that has NEVER happened. Everyone with a mac is able to use webx. Well guess what? According to WebX, WebX doesn't work on an Intel mac.
I am paying thousands of dollars a year for this????????? What is wrong with me!!!!!!!!
