Error during bulk ordering (multiple vendors)

When submitting an order to bulk buy, I list all locations, all vendors. In this list is multiple vendors. Click submit and I get

"Transaction is not null"

Resubmitting with only one set of vendors works. Surely, this should work with multiple vendors by creating separate purchase orders otherwise it shouldn't let me select 'all vendors'?
