Items to Order While using units of measure

edited Dec 13, 2019 11:35PM in General 14 comments

This problem existed before the upgrade and it's still there.

I have some products which have a unit of measure assigned to them, i.e. 1000 to 1. I have set inventory levels to be:

reorder point = 250
stock preference = 1000.

My other preferences are:

Stock - Singles
Purchase - Bottles (1 bottle contains 1000)
Sell - Singles.

If I create a custom purchase order, then the system knows that it needs to buy 1 bottle to get to the 1000 stock mark.

With bulk ordering, it says I need to order 750 singles as it defaults to the stock units and not the purchase unit. I have raised a ticket for this, but of course, 2-3 months haven't passed yet so still waiting for a response :-|

Howdy, Stranger!
