Too many leads

Hi,

I've posted this elsewhere but nothing has been done about it. Since version 11 our numer of unqualified leads has increased by 2-3 fold. They nearly all exit on the billing page. It's just too co-incidental. We mailed our clients to ask if they had problems and basically they said the site just wasn't responding.

Anyone else having this?
