Locations on Sales Orders

Hi,

I have items which have a preferred location set and locations are mandatory also. When a person buys that item online, the location is not set in the record for some reason?

I obviously need to get this to work for multiple locations to work properly in terms of fulfilment. At the moment I am having to manually edit each sales order (at approval time) to set the location.
