One Error After Another Fulfilling Order. Any Suggestions?
Looking for help!
I created an estimate a few days ago. Customer agreed and I converted & saved it to a sales order from the estimate, complete with American Express credit card. Card was authorized perfectly.
When I went to fulfill the sales order, the first error I got was the typical Netsuite error.
the 2nd error I got was "Items you have requested in the record have been deleted since you retrieved the form "
the 3rd error I got was "Unfortunately the credit card charge transaction failed.
Company: Angelika's Yarn Store
Amount: 2487.00
Reason: Capture error: VRFN0A0C661E has already been captured".
