Customer/ General/ User Notes
I am looking at the "User Notes" tab under the "General" tab of a company I created in the "Customer" section of NetSuite. There is "View History" and "Customize View" available as options.
What I want to know is how to add a "note" or where you usually go to add one if that permission is granted..
Is there a field I am just not seeing (I looked at customizing my "Create New" bar but there was nothing for Newnotes)? Maybe it is a permission I just do not have. If so please tell me what that is so I can request it gets added to my user permissions.
