Cannot do Bulk Fulfilments

I keep on getting an error message when I try to fulfill bulk orders. I can only fulfill orders seperately. I am the only one in the office that is having these problems and unfortunately the person who needs to use this function. We all are set up as administrators but for whatever reason mine seems to have a glitch:(
